Linda Hamilton is an American actress, best known for her performance as 'Sarah Connor in 'The Terminator and the sequel 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day. She is also known for her role as 'Catherine' Chandler in the television series "Beauty and the Beast.. Her distinctive vocals permit her to be strong and robust characters who are confronted with a variety of hardships and unexpected mishaps. The legend goes that she was among the first Hollywood female actors, and her toned physique earned her the nickname "Body of the Nineties". In Salisbury Maryland, she was born into an Anglo-Saxon home. Later in her life, she moved from Maryland to New York City where Lee Strasberg was a teacher in classes. In a talk-show interview she acknowledged that she experienced Bipolar Disorder. This resulted in her separation from her former husband Bruce Abbot.
